Sauce Management has announced the signing of British chef Tom Aikens, who owns and runs brasseries Tom's Kitchen and The Pawn in Hong Kong.
Aikens, who has appeared on BBC Two's Market Kitchen and the Good Food Channel, has recently made a series around Turkey for Fox's 24 Kitchen Channel.
